A. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. 1. Introduction

Welcome to Way2Destination, a leading travel agency based in Karnataka, India. By booking any travel services through us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking Process

2.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. A booking is considered confirmed only when Way2Destionation issues a confirmation voucher.

2.2 Payment Terms
Payments can be made through various modes including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other method as agreed upon at the time of booking. Full payment is typically required prior to the commencement of the journey unless otherwise agreed.

2.3 Changes & Amendments
Any changes or amendments to confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client (The following cancellation charges apply:)

  • More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total cost.
  • 15-30 days before departure: 25% of the total cost.
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total cost.

3.2 Cancellation by Way2Destionation
In rare cases, Way2Destination may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the booking to an alternative date.

3.3 Refund Policy 

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after cancellation.
  • Refunds are subject to any applicable bank charges, exchange rate differences, or service fees.

4. Travel Documents

4.1 Adhar Card/ Voter Id/ Driving license 
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they possess valid travel documents, including documents which are mentioned in the Tour Package details, before the commencement of their trip.

4.2 Health Requirements
Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary vaccinations and health-related documents required for their travel.

5. Travel Insurance

Way2Destination strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to the lack of appropriate insurance coverage.

6. Liability

6.1 Agency Responsibility
Way2Destination acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers (e.g., hotels, resorts, transport services, activities). While we take all reasonable care in selecting reliable service providers, we are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of such third parties.

6.2 Force Majeure
Way2Destination shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred due to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or any other force majeure events beyond our control.

7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint during your trip, please notify the relevant service provider and Way2Destinayion immediately so that we can address the issue promptly. If a resolution is not reached, you may file a formal complaint in writing within 14 days of completing your trip. Disputes will be resolved under the laws of Karnataka, India.
